Welcome to Southwest Virginia Pride Fest Marketplace! We appreciate your contributions! Each component of the festival makes the experience just a bit brighter! Southwest Virginia Pride Fest takes front and center stage in the civic consciousness by holding our third; family-friendly SWVA PrideFest in Salem, Virginia at our new location the Salem Civic Center on October 12, 2024. SWVA PrideFest is one of the largest LGBTQI + festivals in Virginia expecting to bring together more than 7,000 members of the LGBTQI+ community and its allies to support one another and socialize in a visible and positive environment.

 

Terms & Conditions-

• This is a contract.

• Any exhibitor or vendor who fails to set up for the event shall forfeit their space and no refund will be given.

• Money will not be refunded due to poor weather conditions.

• Deadline for filing registration is Wednesday September 25, 2024, or as space allows

• Each Non-profit, For-Profit, Snack space will be a 10-foot space. Food truck space will be worked with.  

• Each vendor will be assigned a time of arrival. You must adhere to this, or you may be turned away.

• Each snack vendor will be allotted 10-foot-wide approximate space; Food trucks we will work with your space, please make note on registration of food truck length if applicable.

• You must provide own table, chairs and canopy.

• You must provide your own generator if your exhibit/concession needs power. Limited electric is available.

• You are responsible for the clean-up of your area during and after the close of the event.

• Please note SWVA PrideFest will be from 12pm-6pm you must stay during the whole event, unless we make arrangements. 

• Southwest Virginia Pride, Inc. has the right to make changes to this contract as needed. 

• All sales are FINAL

• Make sure to submit your payment by clicking pay now once you have finished your application. 

• WE CANNOT PROMISE THAT ANOTHER VENDOR WON'T SELL THE SAME MERCHANDISE.

• At our new location we are limited to three food trucks and items are prohibited, those items are hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken tenders, popcorn and pretzels. 

• ELECTRICITY IS FOR SALE FOR AN EXTRA $50, which you can add at check out.
